Our firm is not your father's Wall Street law firm; nor your mother's; nor anyone else's. We make a good living, practice high-quality law, like one another, and have lives outside the office.

Associates are our most important resource. Members of the firm work one-on-one with associates and take pride in their training and development as effective, well-rounded attorneys. We are looking for attorneys who are not only hard-working and well-trained, but who have the poise, self-confidence and judgment to assume significant responsibility and who will represent our firm well with clients, adversaries and the judiciary. There is no "track" or "schedule" for membership in the firm. You will be evaluated on your individual merits and abilities. Three of the present members of the firm are our former associates.
