Our practice includes all aspects of the acquisition, development, and ownership of real estate. We handle the financing and structuring of projects, including equity participations, straight debt, equity joint venture arrangements, and equity syndications. Our development expertise includes assemblages, development agreements, and air-rights transfers, and extends to construction contracts and architects’ agreements. We represent both landlords and tenants in leasing transactions, including ground leases and office and industrial space leases. We have special expertise regarding New York City’s regulation of outdoor advertising and handle leasing, licensing, and other transactions for the outdoor advertising industry. In addition to owners and developers, our clients include real estate lenders, foreign investors, and a national REIT.
