Counsels employers in the full range of employment related matters with an emphasis on the law of equal employment opportunity, wrongful termination, overtime and wage laws, ERISA and other regulatory schemes.

Represents clients in intellectual property and technology law matters including copyright, trademark, trade secret and related matters. 

Counsels organizations and entities on issues relating to privacy and data security.

Represents clients in litigation involving complex financial disputes.

Represents clients with respect to First Amendment and other constitutional issues including libel and defamation matters and represents groups or entities asserting First Amendment rights and challenges to regulatory schemes on constitutional and other grounds.

Counsels clients on issues of private and public international law including the prosecution and defense of international extradition cases and representation of clients in matters involving legal issues arising under the laws of other nations.

Represents clients in appellate litigation.

Serves as a Director of Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Formerly served as General Counsel of not-for-profit corporation and Associate General Counsel of national civil liberties organization.
